Advanced Integrative Energy Healing (AIEH) is a consciousness-based and trauma-informed modality of holistic and multidimensional healing; meaning that it works to bring coherence to a person's mind, body, and spirit by making conscious different parts of the person's more sub- and unconscious experiences in an integrated way. This is done by working with client-paced somatic witnessing and processing, as well as accessing information directly through the quantum energy field (also called the biofield or aura). Different sessions can feel like they're working on different layers of the being - anywhere from the cellular, dense physical, emotional, mental, energetic, spiritual, and Universal Template levels, among others. It's ultimately your energy field and spirit that show us where to go each time. By holding space for the natural evolution and unfolding of our own consciousness, as well as repairing any structural weakness, injury or displacement held in the energy field, and integrating unprocessed emotions and experiences, we're able to soften more into our true soul essence. This can lead to increased feelings of mind/body/spirit connection, a greater sense of embodiment, nervous system resilience, and the ability to honour your own boundaries; as well as a more profound relationship with your own presence, awareness, heart, and soul. This leads to both a life that feels generally easier/more in flow and one that feels more authentic, grounded, and present.

Natal chart (birth chart) astrology readings are available to support individual questions or issues. These can revolve around an area of life or look at how certain astrological transits (like an upcoming new moon or full moon or other big astrological event) may affect your unique birth chart. Tarot and oracle cards are then pulled to understand how to best work with these energies. The chart is assessed prior to the session and then we have 2hrs together where we deepen our exploration of your chart and work with the energies that emerge through somatic work, energy healing, and tarot and oracle reading.

Spiritual work can often feel very deep, disorienting, and gritty; it's in these moments that it's important to remember that we're not meant to move through these moments alone. In these sessions, Community Members join together in shared sacred space to connect, share, reflect, explore, and shift their energy in a safe and intentional container. These sessions can include meditations, personal reflections and sharing, teachings on energy, consciousness, and astrology, as well as psychic and energy sensitivity practice, and tarot and/or oracle card readings. These Circles usually fall on dates that intentionally align with powerful astrological events.
